Θερμότατα συγχαρητήρια στον κύριο Λίγκα και τα μέλη της χορωδίας του τα οποία επί το πλείστον είναι και μέλη του Ψάλτολογίου μας!!!!!!!!!

«Deeply moving to hear Psalm 71 chanted in Greek. Immediately reminds one of what a Christian Coronation Service might have originally sounded like.
The moment they start singing you can feel the grace of God!
Brovo to King Charles paying tribute to his father's Greek heritage. Well done!
It was easily the most majestic, mystical and moving part of the ceremony, when the Archbishop gave the King his sword in the divine sound of the Orthodox chanting.
Lots of love from Greece i was very happy to hear Greek orthodox chant in something so important!!!
One day we will march to Constantinople, and we will hear Byzantine Orthodox Chants in Hagia Sophia again. The only God, Jesus Christ is on our side. Xristos Anesti!
This chant was truly majestic and sacral. These were my favorite moments of the ceremony.
Very moving, got goosebumps. This and the welsh Kyrie eleison were my favorite music pieces at the coronation. <3
Im Evangelical but i absolutely love the Greek orthodox chants
A true spectacle from something out of a coronation in Constantinople
How beautiful, the Byzantine hymn added so much to ceremony. Just listen to it
A king is crowned to the sound of Constantinople. Pure Byzantium. St.Sophia weeps. Remember her King of England. God bless you and fill you with His infinite wisdom
I got goosebumps when they started chanting in Greek.
This is when the ceremony felt most medieval and ancient, and it was incredible
As a Brit, I hope this becomes the new practise of future British coronations. It honours God, the history of his Church and the connections the Royal family has to Greece ❤
This was absolutely wonderful... it connected the ceremony beautifully to history, although I gather the King chose it because of his father's Greek heritage. Along with the opening Parry's 'I was glad', this was my favourite music from the Coronation. Just stunning.
For every christian on earth and especially for the Greek orthodox, this moment awakened the past.
Like the coronations of the emperors of the Eastern Roman empire, in Constantinople.
God save the king!!! This is the dream . A King's coronation under orthodox psalm. Smells like Eastern roman empire in Constantinople .
It gave the ceremony a mystical air, very King Arthur-esque.
I pray these lands return to Orthodoxy.
The choir was conducted by Alexander Lingas, conductor of Cappella Romana. If you love Byzantine chant, look up their album "Lost Voices of Hagia Sophia" on Youtube, maybe the most amazing thing I have ever heard.
As a Catholic I enjoyed this part immensely.
Praying for the conversion of the King, may he & his family serve the one true God.
Allethos Anesti! Glory to God! Thanks for sharing this.
Absolutely wonderful, you really get the feel and sense of a medieval ceremony. Just delightfully fantastic!
Lord have mercy on The United Kingdom and turn the people's hearts to the Orthodox Church.
it was absolutely magnifiecent probably the best part of whole ceremony
England and the UK deserve to return to the real Church and their Orthodox roots.
Where the power resides with the Christian people and neither the bishops nor the politicians.
