Completely different score.
I can't say since I don't recognize it. It is definitely in a mixed mode with chromatic passages. It's worth finding out the score.Do you have the score? and what is mode of this hymn?

It is based on the famous Axion esti by Karamanis in second plagal mode. The lowest note (and also basis tone) is Pa, sung in a low position in order to avoid high notes.
The text in Arabic below the video reads:
"Axion esti recited by the voice of the Holy Father Archimandrite Pandleimon Farah, the head of the monastery of Hamtur
From the Church of St. Georgius - Ajloun" (northern Jordan)
Still the only part that comes close is the following "Την τιμιωτέραν των Χερουβίμ και ενδοξοτέραν ασυγκρίτως των Σεραφείμ"It is based on the famous Axion esti by Karamanis in second plagal mode. The lowest note (and also basis tone) is Pa, sung in a low position in order to avoid high notes.

Maybe there is something in Αγγελικός Χορος by Simonopetra.
I think - I 'm not an expert of course- it follows the Hicazkar makam.
P.S. Listen also the Doxologia by Kosmas, Bishop of Madytos. Chanting the late athonite monk Dionysios Firfiris.
An attempt to write it down. Let more experienced collegues make corrections if needed.
It comes in a musical PDF file with the soundtrack incorporated.
