Polyeleos: By the Waters of Babylon

On what days is this polyeleos chanted? This score states it is chanted on Meat-fare and Cheese-fare Sundays. The Lenten Triodion (Metr. Kallistos Ware) seems to indicate it is chanted on these two days and also the Sunday of the Prodigal Son, while the Triodion published by Holy Transfiguration Monastery does not mention it at all.

On three Sundays according to the Russian Typikon, and on two Sundays according to Violakis.

My understanding (although I can't remember where I heard this) is that it's also chanted at the tonsuring of a monastic; does anybody know if that's correct?
