Ηχογραφήσεις του Άρτεμ Ερκομαΐζβιλι (1966)

Here is the official publication of the historical recordings made by Artem Erkomaishvili at the Tbilisi State Conservatory in 1966, realised by Frank Scheerbaum and his team at Audiolabs Erlangen in 2017. Since every part was recorded separately, you can choose to listen only to the leading voice mzakhri or the three voices (with zhiri, middle voice, and bam, bass voice) mixed together in order to understand better the polyphonic tradition of tripart church singing:

Surprisingly, earlier recordings made between 1903 and 1909 have a much less problematic quality, see those published by John Graham at his homepage:

Here a screenshot of the first example Χριστὸς ἀνέστη ἐκ νεκρῶν (Qrist'e aghsdga) with its automatic annotation:

The first shows the original recording. The first section is the recording of mzakhri, the second the recording of zhiri, while they play mzakhri in the background, the third bam, while they play a collage of the other two voices in the background.
