Congratulations to the society on the excellent and immediate publication of the live proceedings of the conferences to everyone. May all conferences in the future be available like that, especially for the people who for various reasons (distance, work) cannot attend them.

The society hinges on open dialogue and transparency. All matters that are of scholarly and historical relevance are discussed and encouraged. We do not discrimminate for or against anyone. We have a committee of objective evaluators who look at the abstracts and we do not impose any preconditions (or titles/degrees) on what is appropriate other than that it meets honest, good and responsible data and dialogue.

The next conference is scheduled for 2011 with Istanbul as a possible site.
