Creating videoclip with scrolling neumes by using an existing audio record and pdf

Can anyone give me a hint which video creating software to use if I want to build a clip with flowing neumes by using an existing audio record and pdf file?

I can think of two options:

1. If you are on Windows, use Snipping Tool to create a video of flowing neumes and then add the audio in a video editor such as DaVinci Resolve or Shotcut.
2. Record the flowing neumes and audio at the same time using OBS Studio.
