From what I've heard Fr. Stephanos Alexopoulos is one of the best Greek liturgists of modern generation. Here is a text of his lecture "Theological Aspects of the Presanctified Liturgy" given at the 5th International Theological Conference of the Russian Orthodox Church, Moscow, 13–16 November 2007.
