Kratima, mode 1. What is this choir? Very good execution.

The execution is identical in both recordings except for tempo and pitch. One of them is probably artificially slowed down/ sped up due to these being the only differences. This performance is also very much in the style of the aforementioned choir.

At the end of the video (5:30) it is stated that the kratima is "chanted by the Orthodox Byzantine Choir". I suppose it meant to say the "Orthodox Ecclesiastical Byzantine Choir", which is directed by Michalis Makris. Most likely the recording is taken from this CD (last track).

This page on their website lists a number of sale points all over Greece, but also states that you can order directly from them by sending email to info@oebyx.gr . The price listed on the site is 9 Euros for each CD.
