Good chanters

Hello Everyone,

I have a quick question. I am learning to chant in the Byzantine Style. I have been listening to a lot of Theodros Vasilikos. For a little more than a year, I have been taking lessons with my psalti. I am curious to know who were some awesome Greek Chanters and where I download/ buy some of their music. I also listen to Stanitsa and Aggelopoulos. Is there a good chanter, other than Vasilikos who chants the Anastasimatarion. I am interested mostly in Orthros Hymns. If anyone has any info at all, it greatly appreciated.

You can hear the Anastasimatarion from fr. Panaretos for free here, or you can buy the CDs of Fotios Ketsetzis (#21-28). Of course the are other chanters as well.

Thanks guys. Neoklis, youre link just brought me to another psaltologion page. Where do i find the recordings. If anyone has anything else, please share. And not only anastasimatarion stuff, but things in general just to gfamiliarize myself with some different chanters.

Just read on. Several of the posts (not all of them) contain links to the recordings.
As far as other hymns and changers are concerned, you can go to the page "ηχογραφήσεις" in the greek part of the forum, where you can find almost ... everything.

Hear this great chanter. He was my teacher's teacher. have a nice day and may God be with you. ( Ο Θεός μαζί σου).
His name is Emmanouil Hatzimarkos. (Εμμανουήλ Χατζημάρκος).
He was teacher of Theodoros Vasilikos also and gave him his style in chanting.
