Michael,

The Patriarchal Hmerologion prescribes the Prosomion Theotokion for St. Porphyrios, Bishop of Gaza:

Δόξα, Καί νῦν: Τό συνακολουθοῦν Προσόμοιον Θεοτοκίον· «Παραπτωμάτων πελάγει...». Ἦχος α' Τῶν οὐρανίων ταγμάτων

I know St. Photine is also commemorated this day per certainly sources but my sense is that the 5th Sunday After Pascha is her main celebration.

Blessed Fast!

This is for the Presanctified Wednesday, February 25th. For the Presanctified Thursday, February 26th (that is the topic), if celebrating the St. Photine, is right choice. But on the 25th may be modified the Typikon, for the same reason.
Service in Greek (where we see and Doxastikon) right here
