If you mean whether there is some uninterrupted Byzantine chanting tradition in Russia from centuries back, then the answer is no. If you mean whether some parishes employ Byzantine chant, then the answer is yes. I don't think there is any parish that uses it exclusively, but these choirs do sing regularly enough, even if not at one single place.
