Κατέβασα το πρόγραμμα που δίνει στον δεύτερο σύνδεσμο πιο πάνω ο φίλος filotheu αλλά δυστυχώς τα windows (10) με απέτρεψαν να το τρέξω, γιατί "περιέχει κακόβουλο λογισμικό που μπορεί να βλάψει τον υπολογιστή".
Ας αποφανθούν άλλοι φίλοι περισσότερο γνώστες...

You need to have Java installed. Then follow the instructions for each library on https://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Obtaining_High-Resolution_Images
For British Library, choose BLmanu, then write the identification name of the ms (for example: Add_MS_27865), then choose the pages you want to download.
The program is clean, doesn't have any malware.

Unfortunately, no. It depends on the speed of your connection, i think.
