Congratulations to you and to the choir! The only humble feedback I can offer is to a) keep listening to traditional chanters and choirs, and b) keep working hard.

I used to think that all of the great chanters and choirs had some secret recipe for their success. But I've realized that those who practice the most, study the most, and work-out all aspects of their rendition will succeed.

Sam, if I'm not mistaken, I heard your name from some of my colleagues at Archon Angelopoulos' Greek Byzantine Choir. Did you study under him and do you listen to his recordings as a resource?
