Christ is risen!

Hello everyone; I was recently visiting the Divine Music Project page of Papa Ephraim, and I listened to a recording of a Cherubic Hymn in Third Mode, composed by Hieromonk Hierotheos of Philotheou Monastery.

The chanter on the recording is excellent; however, I'm not sure who it is. The accent is Arabic; my mom suggested that it might be Geronda Panteleimon (of Hamatoura? or is he at a different monastery), who has recorded two Divine Liturgy CDs that I have- one in Arabic and one in English.

Anyway, here's the recording: http://www.stanthonysmonastery.org/music/b0420_CherubicHymn-Mode3-Hierotheos.mp3

Can anyone confirm whether or not this is Geronda Panteleimon or not?

For those interested, here's the music for the Cherubic hymn, which is quite beautiful:

And since I mentioned Cherubic Hymns in 3rd Mode- can anyone tell me the composer of the Cherubic Hymn in 3rd Mode that is heard on the "Byzantine Liturgy" CD of the Greek Byzantine Choir/Lycourgos Angelopoulos?

Grigorios Protopsaltis (1778-1821). The short one.
