Taktikon of Nikon of Black Mountain

Παλαιό Μέλος
I found a scanned copy of Vladimir Beneshevich's edition of the Taktikon of Nikon of Black Mountain, which I attach to this message. Biographical information on Nikon can be found here. Taktikon is an important source for the liturgical practices of the XI c. It has been translated into Arabic and Slavonic. The Greek version remains largely unpublished, except the part edited by Beneshevich from the ms Sin. gr. 441 kept at the library of St. Catherine's monastery on Mt. Sinai. Beneshevich never managed to complete the project because of the Communist revolution in Russia.

Parts of the edition are in Slavonic, either to complete the lacunae or to indicate divergences between the version in Sin. gr. 441 and the Slavonic translation.

Thanks go to the person who scanned the book.

Probably there's some problem with the encoding. Try to rename the file to something else (e.g. to Nikon.pdf).
