Dear friends of the Byzantine and microtonal music,

the Gold Release 5 of Isokratis Piano was released!

With this version and the Key Tuning In app feature, you can microtune individually each key of the octave of the standard 72ET byzantine scales, or the standard 12ET western music scale, with microtonal steps such as {0.01, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, ...} 72ET steps / 1200ET steps, and in general {0.01, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, ...} N-ET steps with N ranging from 12 to 99999!

This means you can tune and listen to any intervals/scales of any Theoretician or Chanter of the Byzantine Music.

You can also create and load your own wav Isokratis voice files ("Your Ison" In-app) and play them in the Isokratis Piano, taking advantage of the app's capabilities!

For all Features, please have a look in the Isokratis Piano English page.

In the video below you can see the microtuning (with the Isokratis Piano Key Tuning In app) in practice!

Dear friends,

Release 6 of Isokratis Piano is out (User's Guide). In Release 6 a new In-app "Button Keys" was added.

Button Keys are to be used instead (or in addition) of the Piano Keys for Isokratema. They are of adjustable size, and are capable of multi-touch (hover mode), or single touch (hold mode), similar to the Piano keys. You can also independently tune each Button Key using the Key Tuning In app.

In Release 6, the Button Keys (as well as the Chroas) In-app is FREE.

For more details please see here

In order to get the Button Keys, you would first have to update the Isokratis Piano to latest Release through the Store inside your device, and then get the Button Keys for free inside the app.

If you have any problems updating Isokratis Piano to the latest Release, please see here (Troubleshooting). You can contact me also at panayiotis (dot} apps [at) gmail.com for any questions.
